As Founder and Lead Consultant, Natasha Wanchek has extensive experience across domestic and international programs, including serving as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director for USAID-funded initiatives until early 2025. She also leads a nonprofit grants committee, fundraised for humanitarian aid, and facilitated partnerships for displaced artisans in Ukraine. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine and began her career as a reporter, honing skills in interviewing and storytelling.
Across all roles, she focuses on turning data and strategy into practical results that strengthen organizations and deliver value to clients.
